Powell Summer Recap - at least 1/2 of it!

My wonderful sister, she's my favorite sister by the way, called tonight. Honestly, she did not call to speak to me, but to my wife. Yes, it would seem that my wife and my sister communicate more and "better" then she and I do. I am not sure if I feel "bad" about that as I am thankful that my sister has embraced my wife and talks to her now and then. My sister talks to me, it would seem, when I am needed. I call her randomly, sometimes late in the evening, to simply check in and let her know that I am thinking about her (at this point my brother is jealous - I am sure).

Like I was saying, my sister really didn't call to speak to me and when she learned that my wife was not home she said, "Oh, Lise is a better person to talk to about boy stuff."

It turns out that my sister went on a "date" with the Elder's quorum president in her singles ward. It turns out that they both like to dance (I could say so much more about this but won't for fear of being censored). Anyway, I continually pray for my sister to find one whom can put up with her. I mean, one that will love and cherish her even with her weaknesses. Uh, what I am trying to say is that I pray that she will find a companion that is stable. Really what I am trying to say to my sister is that I am praying. :) Love ya Sis! ;)
